Slavic Community Center has developed many different programs and activities to provide social and educational support to Slovenian Community. One of the most important characteristics of our programs is “bridging”. Our organization plays a bridging role between the needs of our members and the available services that fulfill these needs in the mainstream community. Slovenian community in Minnesota is spread out through the state in small groups, and our programs’ mission is to unite these small groups into one large community, which will create the necessary networking between its members.
